Cocoa Butter
Our certified organic, Fair Trade and natural Cocoa Butter (Theobroma cacao) is extracted from the Cacao Bean and has a rich pleasant chocolate aroma. Cocoa butter is commonly deodorized for cosmetic use but Anna Rósa uses the natural version that gives her creams a characteristic underlying chocolate aroma.
Unrefined Cocoa Butter is know for being naturally rich in antioxidants and vitamin E which gives it the ability to powerfully hydrate and nourish the skin and improve elasticity. Our certified organic 100% pure Evening Primrose Oil (Oenothera biennis) is cold-pressed from the seeds of the Evening Primrose plant.
Evening Primrose oil is rich in essential fatty acids with particularly high levels of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) and Linoleic acid. The level of GLA is typically at 9%, while the Linoleic acid is one of the highest found in nature ranging from 65-85%. Evening Primrose oil is rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Our Olive oil (Olea europaea) is the natural oil obtained from the fruit of the Olive tree in Italy.

Our certified organic, Fair Trade and unrefined Shea Butter (Bytyrosperum parkii) is extracted from the fruit kernel of the Shea Nut tree, a traditional food plant in Africa.
Shea butter is naturally rich in vitamin A and E and has a unique high content fatty acid profile which deeply hydrates the skin, contributes to skins elasticity and acts as an intense moisturiser for rough, dry skin. It also offers a low level of UV protection (approximately SPF-6). Shea butter has anti-inflammatory and healing properties and can reduce redness and swelling in the face.
