We recommend applying non-toxic moisturizer in the evening and morning and preferably a few times during the day too. If you hike a lot or are into outdoor sports we recommend that you slather your hands and feet before going out to get the maximum hydration you need. Also, applying moisturizer after bathing when your skin is damp will replenish it and lock in the hydration.
